Carolina Custom Frameworks, located in Columbia, SC provides custom picture framing services to the Columbia metropolitan area.  I've been in business since 2002 and take great pride in my craftsmanship and the service that I provide to my customers.

In addition to providing custom framing to local clients, I also manufacture several types of unique frames including shadowboxes for sports medals and frames that have personalized mats.

Return Policy:

I hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you need to return an item, please notify us by email or phone before returning the items to us.  Returns must be received within 30 days.  Item(s) must be in new condition.

Unless damaged in shipping, frames with personalized mats and School Spirit frames are non-returnable due to the fact that they are custom made.  All other items must be received within 30 days.  You will receive a full refund of the purchase price; however, you will not be refunded shipping & handling costs.  If shipping costs were included in the price of your order, the actual shipping cost we incurred to originally ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest using a trackable method of shipping such as FedEx, UPS or US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.  Carolina Custom Frameworks will not be responsible for any packages damaged or lost in shipping.

Items Damaged in Transit:

If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, please call or email Carolina Custom Frameworks immediately.  We will arrange to have it picked up - please do not discard the original packaging materials. When you notify us, we will discuss options for a replacement, refund or credit. You will not be charged for returning a damaged item, and a replacement, if one is available, will be shipped at no charge to you. In the case of one-of-a-kind pieces, a suitable arrangement can be made when you contact us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Due to the fact that these frames are custom made, school spirit frames and any frame with personalized mats are NON-RETURNABLE.
